Welcome to your December W Box!
During the months leading up to December, we’re often dedicated to our work and diligent about growing things that can be used in our lives in many ways. When we come into the darkest days of midwinter, nature asks up to quiet our minds and bodies so that we might attune to a different energy altogether. Things slow down. Quiet becomes more prevalent. Darkness lays heavily on nature. And it becomes important to acknowledge that darkness, quiet and slower nature inside ourselves as well.
